  • Check house before guest(s) arrival to go over final details and ensure home is prepared
    for smooth guest check in

  • Take the trash bins out for weekly trash pick up as necessary

  •  The point of contact for guests during stay for any in person assistance or emergencies
    with the home during their stay

  • Restocking home between guests including but not limited to cleaning supplies, cooking
    spices, etc.

  • Communicating with Owner regarding any concerns for the Property regarding
    maintenance and upkeep

  • Being on premise at house for house maintenance calls and emergencies

  • Going through and sending mail to owner 1 time per month

  • Confer with owner on service providers when needed

  • Prepping house for bad incoming weather (ex: a freeze or wind storm)
